Terms & Conditions — The Alteration House

1. Acceptance of Terms

By booking an appointment or using the services of The Alteration House ("we", "us"), you agree to these terms and conditions.

2. Services

We provide garment alterations, repairs, and tailoring. Final pricing will be confirmed at your fitting. Turnaround times are estimates and may vary based on workload.

3. Appointments & Cancellations

Please give at least 24 hours' notice to cancel or reschedule. Repeated no-shows may require a deposit for future bookings.

4. Payment

Payment is due upon garment pickup unless otherwise agreed. We accept [INSERT PAYMENT METHODS].

5. Garment Pickup

Garments not picked up within 60 days of completion may be considered abandoned. We will make reasonable efforts to contact you before this date.

6. Liability

We take great care with your garments but are not liable for damage caused by pre-existing fabric weakness or undisclosed garment defects.
